Responsibility, Relationship, Happiness: Merida

  Did you ever saw the movie 'Brave' or 'Merida and the magical forest'? The movie was about Merida, Scottish prince who likes to ride horse and shoot arrow rather than being a princess. She wants to change her fate, and make her mom a bear. In the adventure of trying to make her mom back to human, she realizes that she must change first. I think the movie tell us about responsibilities, relationship, and happiness.

  First, it tell us responsibilities. In the movie, queen tries to make Merida as a good princess, and Merida tries to make her more free. So, unfortunately, they fight, and princess tries to change her fate by changing her mom. But a magic changed the queen to a bear!  tells us to make other people know and make do somethings that they should do, in the adventure of trying to make her mom back to human, she realizes that she must change first, as I said before. I think this means that to make other follow their responsibility, YOU have to follow responsibility, and change first. In my dormitory, their was a fight and they tried to no listen to each other, but they solved the problem by changing themselves.

  Also, I think the movie tell us about relationships. The adventure was made by a bad relationship. And, the bad relationship was made by not LISTENing to each other. They just argued each other. So, I think listening to each other will lead to good relationships. If people don't listen to each other, they can't understand the others' opinions! Also, in the adventure, Merida helped the bear, or her mom by giving fishes and such things, and mom, or the bear, helped Merida in strength and speed. Like this, I think that helping each other what they can't do well will lead to good relationship.

  Lastly, this tell us happiness. In the adventure, Merida and the queen became free, they played, and they did what they want. As a result, they became happy! I think happiness comes when he or she does what they want. In my case, when I play or study something interesting, I'm happy. It's because I like those things.

  To sum up, I think that this movie tell us responsibilities, relationship, and happiness. The movie was fun, but I think that the meaning of the movie was more interesting and impressive.
