The '30-day challenge'

Hello? From tomorrow, I will start a '30-day challenge.'(2013/1/6~2/4) The 30 day challenge is adding or subtracting habits for 30 days! The goal is to have sustainable habits. According to Matt Cutts, who thought of this challenge and did it, says that it will be a memorable time. How about you trying it? Well, there are three habits I want to add, and there's three steps each.
My first habit to add is taking stairs at dormitory and house. The first step is making a notebook where I can note when did I took stair. Then, for the first week,1/6~1/12) take stairs when you have to go up or down one to five floors. The last step is doing the goal, which is taking stairs in dormitory and house, and give 1 point per a floor you went down taking stairs, 2 points per a floor you went up taking stairs, and subtract 5 points per a floor when you took elevator. According to Mr. Tweedie, who is a teacher is KMLA, noting and giving point is a good way to motivate.
My second habit I want to add is cleaning up my room every time I can. The first step is making a notebook where I can check when and what did I cleaned. Then, I will clean up trashes, clothes, etc. when I can. Lastly, I will check and note and report it to my mom. This will be motivative because I will not try to lie to my mother.
My last habit to add is writing a novel about approximately 9000 words. At the first day, I will think what should I write. Then, I will write a plan to write a novel, such as genres and things. Lastly, I will act as the plan, and will not sleep if I didn't did it.
The 30-day challenge will be meaningful and give me sustainable habits and memorable times. I will try, at least, to achieve it.
